DELIVERY RECEIPTS

A Delivery Receipt (DR) is a document issued by a seller or supplier to confirm that goods have been delivered to the buyer or customer. It is typically signed by the recipient to acknowledge receipt of items in good condition. While it plays an important role in logistics and inventory tracking, a Delivery Receipt is not valid for tax purposes and cannot replace a Sales Invoice or Official Receipt as per BIR regulations in the Philippines.
